Jonathan M. Pavsner, Esq. has been working on the most challenging and complex cases, across Florida and across the country, since 1993. For over 30 years he has fought for the rights of those injured by the negligence of others and has achieved hundreds of million and multi-million dollar recoveries.

Mr. Pavsner has been the President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Chairman of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee, and has been recognized in the field of injury and malpractice by Best Lawyers, and has been recognized since 2012 in the Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Pavsner is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts as well as numerous Federal Courts across the state and across the country, including the United States Supreme Court.
